protect yourself and your children, and

Finally, we’ll connect you with on-site
services and partner agencies that can
help everything from counseling and
legal support to children’s programming
and financial empowerment resources.

Is there a cost? Do I need insurance?

No. Our services are free, and you do not need insurance.

Yes. We do not share any information with any outside agencies unless you give us specific permission to do so.

Do I need to break up with my partner before receiving help?

No. It is not a requirement. Regardless of the circumstances, we want to help you and your family, free from judgement.

How serious does the behavior have to be before you will help?

There is no such thing as “minor” or “excusable” abusive behavior, not even once. Any threat or act of physical violence, emotional or psychological manipulation, forced sex, financial control, or isolation can cause severe, lasting physical and mental health issues for you and your children.

Do I need an appointment?

No, whenever you are ready to take the next step, we will be here for you.

Need help or not sure where to tart?

If you need help leaving an abusive or unsafe relationship, we are here to support you. If you are in immediate danger, call 911.
