It may be unclear what to do when you or a family member is faced with a situation of domestic abuse. We at One Safe Place are committed to a working with you to create a path to a better, safer future.

During COVID-19, we ask that (if possible) you call first.

Our phone number is 817-916-4323 and our office is located at 1100 Hemphill St. in Fort Worth’s Near Southside neighborhood, next door to popular eateries like Heim BBQ and Paris Coffee Shop. In addition, we have another office located in northeast Tarrant County at GRACE in Grapevine, near the Grapevine Botanical Gardens, DFW Airport North, and Great Wolf Lodge.
No appointments are necessary, and walk-ins are encouraged. Our domestic abuse help hours run from 8am to 5pm, and we have professionals ready to serve you on-site.

Domestic abuse is always a complicated situation, and we know that each and every case is different and unique. However, thanks to One Safe Place’s experienced professionals and counselors, our staff is knowledgeable on a wide range of domestic abuse situations. No matter how aberrant you think your scenario may be, One Safe Place will strive to get a full understanding of your situation.
Whether you choose to utilize our walk-in availability or call us first, we’ll take the necessary time to gain a full picture of your domestic abuse concerns We will work to keep your information confidential, but we will share your information with any of our partner agencies you choose to seek help from. Our goal is for you to not have to tell your story over and over as you seek the help you need.

So many domestic abuse dangers can develop in an instant, especially in troubling times like these.
Domestic abuse is taken seriously by law enforcement in Fort Worth, Benbrook, White Settlement, and Haltom City, so no matter where you’re located in FW, we can connect you with our network of partner law enforcement agencies.
If you have financial hardships in the short term, we’ll try to help you overcome those as well, whether they take the form of healthcare, immigration services, or childcare assistance.
