One Safe Place’s Family Justice Center | Domestic Abuse Support in Fort Worth
The past few months have made clear that some cities do and do not have good ways to address the challenges that their vulnerable citizens face. Luckily, Fort Worth’s One Safe Place has taken responsibility for the vulnerable of our area, and strives to help people out wherever needed, especially in case of domestic violence and abuse.

One Safe Place provides and support organizations, because we’re what’s known as a Family Justice Center, which is a U.S. Government authorized umbrella to address any number of challenges to families.
One Safe Place serves Tarrant County, with a satellite office located at GRACE in Grapevine. So if you or a loved one is located in any of the following, we’d love to help: Fort Worth, Haltom City, Dunbar, Ridglea, Camp Bowie, White Settlement, Westover Hills, Jacksboro Highway, Overton Blvd., and more.

In partnership with One Safe Place, the Texas branch of Camp Hope America provides children with a week of camping and fun activities in an effort to remove them from ongoing trauma, if only for the present moment. With even a week within the safe confines of Camp Hope Texas, children and youth alike can see incredible recovery, and hope for the future.
Even if children aren’t the physically abused in the home, they can still be impacted beyond an expected degree, which is where Camp Hope can help heal those emotional scars.
The issues of domestic abuse can be generational, and with one or more sessions at the camp, organizers hope to break the cycle of generational family violence in Fort Worth, DFW, and Texas at large.

Some of our most effective domestic violence solutions in addition to the above groups are food support, housing assistance, legal or immigration services, and counseling for you or a loved one.
